In the 1950s, Giuseppe Baracco’s nephew, Gino Baracco, joined the company and became an important part of its next chapter. As the business grew, Henderson Baracco began working with skilled home artisans for specialised stages of production — helping build the network of craftsmanship that would eventually become part of the renowned Veneto shoemaking district.

In 1960, Gino’s vision for the future began to take shape, and in 1962 the company moved into a new, modern workshop. What had started with just four artisans had grown to a team of fifteen.

The company was expanding, but the principle remained the same: grow without losing the craftsmanship that started it all.
