Refund policy

• You may cancel products ordered from the webshop within 14 calendar days from receipt without providing justification; this is your right of withdrawal guaranteed by applicable law.
• You can notify us of the withdrawal at info@destine.hu or by phone at +36 309 102 196.
• You may return the ordered product at your own risk and expense to our store at 1137 Budapest, Fáy Street 61.
• Do not wear the ordered product, as we can only accept returns of unworn products in a condition suitable for resale.
• We also provide a one-year warranty on products: if during this period you return your product purchased in our webshop due to a non-trivial defect that proves to have occurred under proper use, while strictly following the rules of the "Care Guide", and can be traced back to a manufacturing defect, please notify us by email!
• All other matters are handled in accordance with current laws and regulations.
